hi i need some help we all know the folks that brought us the the vox blackbox NAS are jerks that wont answer emails or answer the phone to give customer support so I was thinking why don't all of us disenfranchised VOX customers band together and form a class action lawsuit against VOX products why? Cause we can It forces them to address and hopefully resolve issue that they have been dodging since they first started selling crap-ware. They not making good on there promise of "customer support" let me know what you think cause this is no joke or laughing matter P.S.If any one has the installation software to the vox blackbox NAS 1TB please be so kind as to zip me a copy of it and post it on mega uploads for me I'm sure that would help out a lot of folks myself included.
