10/10 I am really amazed at the trash review!!!

dekacamp - 07/17/09

I have had this printer for several months now and I have found it a remarkable product. When I hooked it up to my brand-new Windows Vista Dell computer, it worked great out of the box! It takes up less space than my previous Canon and makes much better and faster prints. It is easy to use and was a really good buy at $125. It is especially appalling to see such a bad review when I had SO much trouble just getting logged into THIS WEBSITE to give a review! I now have three email accounts for your website and it took me about 10 minutes to log on, even though I clicked the email link YOU had sent me! (Kept getting error messages and had to keep trying to log in with no success, even after setting up two more accounts!) Might be a good idea to fix YOUR problem areas before you trash a product that has been such a good buy for many.....in fact, I don't see any bad reviews of this machine and I also thoroughly investigated it for several months before I bought it...and never came across a bad review. I love your emails, am the IT for a medical practice so depend on your information alot but I totally disagree with your assessment of this product and am disappointed in your web presence and the problems I had loggin in.
