5/10 Software is terrible

So, as an all-in-one, it works just okay. The main issue is its software. Consistently, it will not recognize computers attached via ethernet cord. It will also refuse to print if any of the cartridges are empty or not installed. This means that is you want black only printing but the red is out, you have to go buy the red cartridge. HP refuses to try and correct anything. Good hardware but the software makes its barely usable.
