10/10 Great Product, Great Customer Service

I have been more than satisfied with this product. It took a little bit of time to figure out how to connect the wireless (mainly since I'm a complete idiot with technology) and their customer service was wonderful. It got stuck offline after 2,500 pages or so, and I called and once again I was utterly impressed by the support staff's ability to help me fix it over the phone.
