1/10 Don't even consider the Kodak all-in-one

buffalogal - 12/30/08  (Edited: 12/30/08)

I owned two of these, bought one, had to have it replaced. Frankly, I can't imagine Kodak putting their name on this poorly designed, poorly manufactured item. It does NOT save money on ink - ok, the cartridges are less expensive, but the software tells you you're out of ink, even with new cartridges, and won't print. You can't even format everything in blue and then print only from the color cartridge. You end up buying many more of the inexpensive cartridges just to get it to print. The paper feed was tiggly. This is a huge waste of money, time and frustration - go elsewhere!

1/10 Kodak service very poor

BobWales - 09/09/09

I bought one of these printers and it went wrong in weeks, paper jams and finally a small cog fell out. I had to return it to Kodak for a replacement to be sent out (very slowly) and that too arrived broken! I asked for my money back on an expensive premium rate help line. This I was told would take 8 weeks! Kodak just don't care!
