Pros: Portability Cons: Won't play all file types It won't play streaming music or videos from sites like YouTube or Pandora. The music or videos you play on it must be mp3 or mpeg only: no avi, mp4, wmv, wma, etc. For much faster sync, I used an sd card (2gb is recommended) and not the cable it came with. One of the apps I downloaded made the battery run down too fast. Removing the app took care of that. Sometimes it wouldn't turn on. Removing and reinserting the sd card would solve that. For what I paid it should include a real sd card, not a dummy. I thought the dummy was real at first (duh!). It should also include a waterproof holster with belt clip. The portability is a plus! I use it in lobbies and bus stops where it's not convenient to use a hefty laptop! Luckily, after one year I haven't needed customer support. I've heard some bad news about the short 90 day warranty and unreachable customer reps!
