I own an Inspiron 5305. From the very start, it has crashed on me when trying to multi task. Even just leaving over three windows open, this machine crashes. I had always heard that Dell made the best computers, that's why I bought one. I have several crashes daily. I think I would go back to the Hewlett Packard I had before in a heart beat, if I had to do it over. I had a crash maybe 3 times in a month. Usually not even that. A dell user J.
