Social Plagiarism? Might Be, But SOOOO Stupid

Could be just one guy: While this is certainly a sad case, I think it's too early to condemn the entire company. This could very well be a situation where a boss asked for a pitch, and the employee came back with his plagiarized piece, never telling anyone that it wasn't his original work.
