Lets see those T-Mobile Customer Service figures again
Somehow Sprint or even MetroPCS don't seem too shabby anymore.

Personally, if I just lost all my data from my cell company's incompetence there is no way in hell I'd stay with them. They'd have to give me that android phone and comp me a few months of service just to get me to consider it. Rewarding negligence by continuing to do business with them isn't really something anyone should consider.
