Blockbuster to bring movies to Motorola phones in the future

Blockbuster web app

I'm happy to see Motorola get any boost it can, but does it not make more sense for Blockbuster to build a movie web app, based on HTML5 video?

Then, the same app & service could be offered on any smartphone platform. In fact, the service could be offered on any device/OS with a modern browser that supports HTML5 video.
