Am I in crazy world?!

Every time I look around my city - Plano, Tx -
there is a new road being built. With that
said, the first question that came to mind when
looking to purchase this product is, how often
are the maps updated? One would assume this
would be the first question everybody would
have before purchasing a real time turn by
tun application. However, after visiting
their website I was extremely surprised they
have absolutely no idea how they intend to
update the maps! In their own words, they
state "Questions concerning map updates
will be answered at a later time." Is this
baffling only to me?
