WebOS merge with Android
Palm has done a great job with the design of the Pre & WebOS. Hopefully, they will be successful with it. It would, however, be nice if Palm could find a way to merge WebOS with Android. This would:

1. Allow their devices to run Android apps.

2. Enable three app development options for Android:
- local Java-based apps
- local JavaScript/CSS/HTML5-based apps
- browser-based JavaScript/CSS/HTML5 web apps

3. Free up some of their OS developers to do other revenue-generating tasks (e.g app/service/device development).

HTC has developed a cool user experience on Android (screenshots here: http://phandroid.com/2009/06/03/htc-rosie-screenshots )

Lenovo has developed their own user experience on Android (video here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Gw55TSW8aTE )

Why not a Palm-experience on Android?

Or, for that matter:

Why not a Blackberry-experience on Android?
Or a Symbian-experience on Android?
