Sounds like it still needs work.

-1 for not syncing with Outlook. As bad as it is security wise, it's the most popular client.

Google Reader isn't so important. I rarely use the Reader. Mail and Calendar are much more important.

The best thing about Android will likely be that it's open: Expect to see a lot of third party software for it if it becomes popular.
