Sounds like a great way to push file sizes to
HUGE.

Forget terabyte drives - we're gonna have to
switch to petabytes.

That is, if each angle is going to need its own
HD stream.

Well, I suppose there's another option - just
translate the same two images for stereo to
each angle. The picture would seem to "follow"
you, but it would still work.

Video games would have no problems, though, as
they generate images on the fly and can
generate multiple views of the same 3D space.
