Something's going to give...
Putting things online, and having the same number of viewers as those that view by other means will bring the internet to its knees.

So without major upgrades, that won't work.

Those who have shared cable lines will almost have to schedule their viewing with neighbors, as the collective speeds will drop to unsatisfactory levels. Also, those whose providers have started capping will find themselves making many hard choices - with more than some making the choice that a new provider is needed; one not using caps.

I see this as another bad idea, from companies that have made implementation of bad ideas an almost daily occurrence.
