Bad Gas? Pioneer officially ditches TVs, Vizio abandons plasmas

I am ONLY considering plasma

After reading way too many reviews, I think that (today) Plasma is the only way to go.
It provides a much better picture.
I know it has a higher energy consumption, but I don't care as I only watch 1.5 hours per day.
