I said Acer, when in fact this is a new vendor called "Ace."

In addition, I found that they are, indeed, introducing it as a "set top box (STB)" form factor! (see photo here: http://www.cepro.com/article/ace_delivers_dealer_friendly_entry_level_media_center_pc/)

So... one of my gripes is being addressed with the industrial design. But it creates a new one -- for an STB design, it's kinda ugly. The skin is not worthy of the guts!
