Security consultant's fees to make sure no third party hacks your cloud and steals your corporate business strategy or other valuable data.
A few line items that involve building your own hardware for backing up your data and may be covering for any down time from your cloud provider.
Add in a few more account manager salaries to manage cloud customer relations.
