- VMWare - frustrating

I find as a new person to virtualization that getting my needs met is difficult for our small business. The vast array of products just confuses me as I have no way to know which way to go for my needs.
I have used Parallels on Mac and thought about Fusion. I am playing with ESXi, but am finding P2V almost a no starter so far.
