- Could be difficult
- After all, the FSF makes it easy to "upgrade" from the LGPL to the GPL, but not the reverse. No issue if Troll Tech (Nokia?) holds the copyrights on *all* of the code (and can prove it), but could be a problem if there is third party GPLed code present.
