Could be difficult
After all, the FSF makes it easy to "upgrade" from the LGPL to the GPL, but not the reverse. No issue if Troll Tech (Nokia?) holds the copyrights on *all* of the code (and can prove it), but could be a problem if there is third party GPLed code present.
