RE: Bad time to be accused of H-1B visa fraud

The real issue here is that companies which continue to employ H-1B visa holders when there are thousands of out-of-work IT professionals are little more than traitors to this country.

There should BE no h-1b visa holders (or very few) while this country is in a recession and AMERICANS are out of work.
