Unreasonable 'justice', which is actually revenge
While I have to say that what Madoff did was
wrong, I also have to say that Texas is the
poster boy for the 'unjust punishment of
'criminals' in this country.

The fact is that many 'crimes' in Texas that have
no real 'victims' get more stiff sentences in
most parts of this country, Texas included, than
murder.

To be blunt, I have looked at the 'scheme' Madoff
was running.... it was OBVIOUS as a Ponzi scheme,
and people were just too greedy to realize that
was what it was.
