Update?!?!

It's not an update, it's a colossal failure. My
Pre stopped working this morning and when I called
Sprint they said that they'd "add me to the long
queue" for Palm to get back to me to fix it. I
still haven't heard from them and it has been
about 4 hours, so I guess there's a really big
group of us who are still waiting with non-
functioning Pres. Wow, what an update! Way to
go, Palm!!
