Whose responsibility ... SxSW or AT&T?
I understand the complaints, but whose responsibility is it, SxSW or AT&T?

Did the organizers of SxSW Interactive 2009 contact AT&T and request COWs for this convention? Did they subsidize AT&T's costs to provide them? Or will those costs be added onto the attendees' bills or will all AT&T users pay for those COWs?

Did the organizers try to compensate by providing Wi-Fi for attendees? Whoops! I forgot that iPhones don't have Wi-Fi. I know ... cheap shot! wink Seriously though, do you hear the same complaints from people who have devices with Wi-Fi installed (as a backup)?

So again I ask, is it really AT&T's responsibility to provide the extra support or the organizers of SxSW. Personally, I think it falls on SxSW.

P.S.
I'm not an employee of AT&T, just a user.
