Enterprise tools

Security and efficiency are the most important elements to a corporations. They worry that information will leak, and they worry that their employees will not utilize the tools correctly and professionally, which would lead to a drop in efficiency in the workplace.

However, these days, enterprise should take advantage of enterprise tools that are available to them. For example, Present.ly, which is a microblogging tool for the enterprise, can help manage projects, eliminate excess emails, lead to a better communication network. Plus it is managed by the corp (possibly behind their firewall), so security is not an issue.

And there are many other tools like this out there. It is just a matter of research, and planning.
