Yesterday was an inflection point
The stunt by 37 signals yesterday getting on the front page of the
Drudge Report show the power of integrating blogging into your
business. I would argue in this new environment, PR agencies
MUST prove their ROI. Social media will now eat away at
traditional PR much like Amazon has been eating away at
traditional retailers.
