No Kindles for us...
This goes along with my statement in the other article on
this subject.

We will not purchase any Kindles for family members nor
for ourselves.

With Amazon having this much power over a persons
Kindle why would anyone consider to purchase it. This
Kindle wiping technology is not a good thing.

Using a similar technology it may become possible for a
software vendor in a patient dispute stripping their users
HDD of a disputed program. Scary for sure.

Nope Kinkle will never again be on our list of things to
purchase.
