I recently accidentally unplugged my router from the power source. I have spent the last 2-1/2 weeks trying to get it back in service. Nothing works. I've reset it and still it will not connect to the internet past the install page. I finally have been given a tech support phone # by my ISP provider who also tried to assist with this. So, I call and they want a credit card so they can charge me $3.50 a minute to help me. I feel this is an absolute disgrace. If you put out a product, you should provide online tech support as part of the purchase. Needless to say, I will not be using this router again or purchasing from the same company again. Any suggestions as to a good home router that isn't Netgear would be appreciated.
