I hope this turns out to be good
I hope this tool turns out to be good. I e.g. believe science articles, texts, etc. should generally contain interactive models of what is being explained in the respective works. The article that you are taken to by the link below e.g., does a poor job explaining what it is talking about. The article should ideally contain interactive 3D models which visually show how all the crucial elements being discussed in the article relate to one another. Users should be able to spin around, zoom in and out of the models, and do other manipulation on them. If you had stuff like that, what would in many cases take kids a few hours to figure out, could be accomplished in a few minutes. I seriously think the way scientific articles are written today is primitive, and they should routinely include rich interactivity.

Maybe in just a few years we will think the way books generally are written today is primitive, and that all books (educational ones in particular) should contain rich interactivity. Interactive articles could routinely be published to servers, and users could browse them or download them to their PC/device and use them online or offline at times, all the while enjoying appropriate levels of interactivity. I can imagine kids of the future remarking, "Are you saying you used to use books where the pictures and illustrations did nothing? Whoa!"?
