yes, the response on Twitter was amazing, but trying to get streamed video on the internet proved to be almost impossible during the first hour of the event. I tuned to good old TV and watch Brian Williams and NBC report the story on the large screen. There are some thing that TV still does better.

BTW, all the buzz is regarding schools here in Maine and how they are going to arrange for kids to watch the Inauguration next week. Unlike when I was a kid, schools no longer have TVs in the classrooms and those that do do not have cable access or can get a decent signal. Everyone is wondering if the pipelines in rural Maine will be able to handle the demands. Many kids will probably stay home and watch it on TV.

Sounds like a story here...hint hint
