Ironic Marketing

In the world of Enterprise Collaboration, I would also consider Sharepoint to be about as effective as throwing poo. I would be interested in hearing what knowledge workers in the enterprise are looking for in their collaboration work. For example, http://it.toolbox.com/blogs/future-of-work/more-predictions-about-the-future-of-work-32547 summarizes an interesting presentation by the VP of AIIM which surveys a lot of different opinions about Enterprise Collaboration and also presents some revealing industry trends.
