That's why I'm not an early adopter
I have a computer (obviously) and a mobile, but no Facebook, and no Twitter. A homepage, but no blog - just some stuff for "show and tell" related to my work, for selected people to look at. It's not secret, but it's for prospective clients, among others, to browse through - I give them the URL individually.

What must this juror have been thinking? That the words just vanish into space and cannot be read later? There will have to be strict guidelines in place in future, and it was negligent of the trial judge not to have mentioned this. Twitter may be kind of new, but it's not exactly today's news. It's common knowledge by now that e-communications are like sending an open postcard, but one placed on public view in the library for the next 50 years.
