The unit has a dials and appears to have a lot of options. Reality is they're a mirage ... the unit takes 3 cycles of 80 minutes each on max heat setting (that's 5,600 watts) to dry one average size load of whites (with a couple towels in the load). If we owned the condo we lived in i'd replace it tomorrow. dave & ruby - FL
