With such a culture and history of corruption the UN shouldn't be lecturing
anyone, not even KFC. And they should take their own advice on environmentalism. They jumped the shark to hysteria and can't even remember what precautionary means. Unlike the UN I have more respect for Colonel Sanders than I do for Colonel Quadaffi...
