Ning can delete everything at their whim?
Really? Their business model is "no responsibility". They expect anyone with data to use them?
Or do they send out an email amending the terms?
Kind of like my credit card company constantly sending term amendments every time they want to increase their revenue.

We went through this before. Little developers putting self destruct routines in their code if you didn't pay the annual fee.

So my business model is to use "extra-legal" means to remind my business partners that childish positions are going to be dealt with "old style"?
