30 GB iPOD
Here's what I don't get. I have an 80GB iPOD Classic, the "big brother" of this one. It BARELY has any room left after I load my MP3 library onto it. It allows me to essentially carry around a "personal radio station" in that "shuffle mode" plays a program of music that I'm guaranteed to enjoy.

Yet the big money goes for these itty-bitty 16- and 32GB flash-memory devices such as the iPOD Touch which, although it's "cool," would be useless for me because just as sure as I load PART of my library onto it, I would find myself wishing that I could listen to something that's NOT on there.

I guess it's geared toward the younger crowd who don't have much variety of taste in music, and listen to pretty much the same over-produced contemporary dreck that passes for "music" these days.

"Unfortunately" for me I love everything from Baroque and Classical to Jazz, Traditional Country, all sorts of Rock and other things that defy categorization. I have too much stuff I love to limit my selection.

So what's the hurry for me to spend a hundred bucks (especially these days) to get a "tiny" iPOD?
