Not that great of a deal, there. I think these last sold on Woot! for $50.99 shipped in the last Woot-off about two weeks ago, and pop up on Woot pretty regularly.
It's also worth noting that, of the 4GB, only 1.5GB or so can be used for your own files. The rest is for storing your Slacker stations, which, granted, isn't such a bad thing, since the basic service is free, and the music selections can be decent. Just cross your fingers that they don't pull what Yahoo! Music did to the Sansa Connect, or all you have is a pricey 1.5GB MP3 player.
