This is a device for kids

The Sidekick is a very crippled device, and if there's something it is not capable of doing out of the box, it won't ever be capable of doing it. It's a good device for the kiddies who text a lot and just want to do simple things, but what you see is what you get. If you want something that is expandable not only now but will have new features created over the life of the device, a G1 is the same price.
