Interesting

The 15.6" Timeline laptop looks good and I'm anxious to check it out. Hopefully the Acer product is better and more reliable than Gateway products.

As for the new Gateway models, I couldn't care less. I won't buy another Gateway. I have 3 of them in two different households and they have been nothing but trouble. Mainly with wireless, disabling the built in wireless nic and buying PCMCIA based wireless cards had fixed the wireless problems but it is absolute BS to have to do that.
