Why would I spend $1438 for a data plan ($59.95 x24) plus $50 for the netbook when I can spend $400 for a netbook? (Or for the same $1500 get a really nice laptop). The carrier subsidies need to get a lot better and the data plan rates go down before something like this would take hold.
