Microsoft Sync lets you control your music playback with your voice. "Play Beatles" is far safer and simpler than Apple's complicated array of sensors.
Microsoft Voice Command is a fantastic feature of Windows Mobile phones that also gives you an incredible amount of control over your Bluetooth paired phone while you are in your car.
Other voice implementations that I've tried have all been really good as well.
