One little gotcha ...
is that *nothing else* in the datacenter can take the heat. Want to turn up your thermostat? Where are you going to put all the switches? Or all the other servers (assuming you're not 'drinking the kool-aid' and getting rid of all your legacy equipment).

If there's even ONE item in the datacenter that can't take the heat, this is just marketing.
