$22.5 million cash settlement for Apple iPod nano owners

Glad to know that you condone this type of behavior

On the other hand, with $28 billion in cash in the bank, $22.5 million works out to less than 1/10th of 1 percent of Apple?s available cash. C'est la vie.

So it is okay for a company to release a shoddy product, ignore customer complaints, and drag everyone through 4 years of trials, before finally spending less than 1/10th of 1 percent of their cash to silence those who dare to complain about it? Just checking to see what you feel is acceptable behavior in the business world.

I also have to add that, once again, Apple products don't "Just Work". Even worse, Apple once again refuses to provide good customer service to those who have problems with Apple products.
