CMGalaxy--Nice to see that somebody in the list actually favors their conscience when they open their wallet. I'm no consumer zealot who knows the what's behind every purchase, but, to my mind, some things are no-brainers. I'm confused about Apple's decision. If Apple had never put a foot forward to be a socially conscious business, I wouldn't be confused at all. But instead, by their own hand, they've essentially become the anti-Walmart, and for them to get in bed with a gruesomely, and oviously, unethical company seems to only spit in the face of everything they've worked to build. I'm a thirty-something fellow who makes $98,700 a year in a no-income tax state, who has two Beagles, a useless master's degree, and who's paid off his house! Wait, that's irrelevant, and a little graceless.
