Losing customer from bad service
Sprint is losing customers because of the way it does business. Case in point. I recently decided to upgrade to the Instinct phone as I like it better than the iphone and didn't have to change providers. In order to do that, I was going to be required to add a data plan to everyone phone on my family account rather than just that phone. Sprint no longer has competitive prices.
