Does this include HD?
Does anyone know if this offering will provide an HD tuner that will work on Vista PCs?

at the beginning of t2008 I wanted to do this same thing with Windows Media Player but I couldn't get the HD tuner to work with my Acer PC. I kept getting the message that my computer was not digital cable ready.
