Good stuff
This uses MOCA - Media Over Coax Alliance - technology that FIOS uses for the in home communication between Set top boxes and the ONT on the house. In working with it at Verizon for over 2 years, the only downside I have seen is that if a user keeps cable tv, it causes interference (some areas have FIOS phone and internet but not TV) . I also found it was more tolerant of wiring issues at the 850mhz end rather than the 1000+mhz end. sorry folks, no more twist on coax connectors from rat shack can be used, a good firm crimp is needed.
