- For the most part, I'm satisfied with the cost and the speed. I pay $41.99 per month and get about 7 Mbps on my down pipe. However, their email servers are frequently down. How frequently? Well, it seems 2-3 times per week, I'll try to log in to check my webmail and can't access it. This will go on for 2-3 hours at a time.
