Yeah assuming this is the same application that came with AOL starting years back I'm not exactly a fan especially to have it paid for.

There are several applications online free and very capable of handling traffic and run much lighter and low key to user interface.

Side note i don't know if it is Pure Networks Tool, but the New AOL is causing a client of mine at home to experience IRQ errors and Blue Screens on all his desktops. But once i've removed all of AOLs plugins and Applications the issue went away.
