Nope, won't purchase Photoshop.
In my workflow Photoshop Elements (PSE) and iPhoto provide me all the
features I need. While for may the cost of Photoshop is prohibitive PSE is
quite reasonable having an amazing amount of Photoshop features. If
one needs more features try free GIMP.

Don't laugh at PSE. Look at your own workflow analyze what features you
use; you also may realize PSE is all you need.

Numerous amateur photographers I know use Photoshop. While
professionals I know choose PSE. Hum, does ego trump logic?
